DILI, Sept 16 (Reuters) - An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale hit East Timor on Tuesday, triggering panic among residents but there were no reports of any casualties. Indonesia's quake agency said the epicentre of the quake lay at a depth of 30 km, (19 mile) 163 km southeast of the capital, Dili. "People panicked and rushed out from their houses," said Caitano Guterres, a resident in Baucau, about 75 km northeast of Dili. East Timor and Indonesia lie in the so-called "Pacific Ring of Fire", an area of intense seismic activity.
